How long will my order take?

Each garment will be sewn as an order is placed. Since this is a small independent label please expect your order to take between 2-4 weeks to be made up and sent on its way to you. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times of course will vary, but will generally arrive within

Australia – 3-4 business days

New Zealand – 5 business days

UK/Europe – 7-9 business days

Asia/Pacific – 8 -12 business days

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and include parcel tracking. Plume Clothing is not responsible for and will not offer refunds on lost parcels. If you do believe your parcel has been lost please email info@plumeclothing.com.au

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately as each garment is made to order, Plume Clothing does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, all sales are final. Please ensure you have chosen the correct size when placing an order, please email info@plumeclothing.com.au if you require assistance with sizing

If an item is faulty, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement, less return shipping costs. Please email info@plumeclothing.com.au and include photos of the garment

Please keep the tracking information in case the return shipment isn’t received by us

 

Custom taxes and duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties on delivery, Plume Clothing is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred

Your personal details are only collected if given to us by you. Your details are collected to process transactions, aid customer service and to contact you regarding your purchase. We keep your details secure and do sell or trade them to third-parties. Plume Clothing may publish some personal details on our website and/or social media if you have entered a competition or promotion run by us.
